Hwang Karate Studio, 20 Millburn Avenue, Springfield is hosting a Say ‘NO’ to Bullying workshop. This event will take place today, July 11, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. This event is free of charge and seating is limited on a first come,
first served basis. Light refreshments will be available.
Professionals will discuss anti-bullying law, Caring Kids Program will present a fun, educational puppet show, and Get FIT will discuss "Think FIT, Be FIT, Get FIT", the importance of fitness and nutrition for growing children in the IDD community. Hwang Karate Studio has been in business since 1974. Their staff specializes in comprehensive discipline programs designed to increase flexibility, self-control, self-esteem and self confidence while decreasing stress.
Classes are available for students of all ages. Their pediatric special needs class is open to all students with a wide variety of developmental and physical challenges. A Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Child Psychologist are on staff to work closely with certified instructors to ensure our children get their needs met.
