DESCRIPTION:The Union  County Clerk&rsquo\;s office annex at 300 North Av
 enue East in Westfield is  hosting a Passport Fair on Saturday\, March 1
 0\, 2012 from 9 am until 2  pm to provide passport information to U.S.  
 citizens and to accept passport applications.\n&ldquo\;My office in West
 field is  joining with the U.S. Department of State to celebrate &lsquo\
 ;Passport Day in  the USA&rsquo\; &ndash\; a national passport acceptanc
 e and outreach event\,&rdquo\; said  Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi.&
 nbsp\; &ldquo\;Are you  ready for that summer trip you dreamed about all
  winter?&nbsp\; Now is the  time to make sure your passport is up-to-dat
 e.&rdquo\;\nAs a special incentive for  residents to apply for a passpor
 t on Saturday\, March 10\, the cost of  each passport photograph that da
 y will be reduced to $5.00.&nbsp\; This  half-price photo offer applies 
 only to applicants  for a new passport or a passport renewal during the 
 Passport Fair.\nU.S. citizens must present  a valid passport book when e
 ntering or re-entering the United States by  air.&nbsp\; U.S. citizens e
 ntering the United States from Canada\, Mexico\, the  Caribbean islands 
 and Bermuda at land borders  and sea ports of entry must present a passp
 ort book\, passport card\, or  other travel documents approved by the U.
 S. government.\n&ldquo\;Some countries require  passports to be valid fo
 r an additional three\, six or nine months after  your visit\,&rdquo\; R
 ajoppi added.&nbsp\; &ldquo\;If your passport is due to expire within  n
 ine months of your international travel\, you  should renew your passpor
 t to ensure a smoother journey.&rdquo\;\nTo help make &ldquo\;Passport D
 ay  in the USA&rdquo\; fun for travelers\, special give-away packets of 
 travel tips  will be available.&nbsp\; County\, state and federal electe
 d officials have  been invited to attend &ldquo\;Passport Day in the  US
