Join us at the 2012 Greater Union County HEART WALK. The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's flagship fund-raising event held in more than 400 communities nation wide. In its 20th year, the Greater
Union County Heart Walk encourages members of the
community to increase physical activity in order to help
lower risk factors that can lead to heart disease and stroke
while raising vital funds to support cardiovascular research
and education. This event will take place today beginning at 8 am at Nomahegan Park, 1024 Springfield Avenue, Cranford.
The Greater Union County Heart Walk offers the opportunity to sponsor and/or form fund-raising teams to help support the lifesaving mission of the American Heart Association. More than 3,000 people are anticipated to participate in the Heart Walk.
