Jessica: Do you know who "AGPC Management LLC" is in town? The group that is acquiring the former Steak & Ale liquor license. Is that an existing restaurant? Thanks!

Hi Matt - Council discussed this tonight. It's just a person-to-person transfer at the moment from Steak & Ale to AGPC, who are two men from Staten Island according to the town clerk based on the application she saw. No plans for when and where it will be used yet and they are able to hold onto it for two years, possibly longer. AGPC would have to come before the council to discuss specifics when they are ready to use it.
