The Weekender: Family Fun, Fundraisers and Furry Friends

From festivals to fundraisers, this weekend has something for everyone to enjoy.

This week has been busy getting the kids back to school and the weekend is a perfect time to relax. This weekend offers a number of events that the family can do together. Enjoy a performance at the Union County Performing Arts Center or spend the day at the Family Fun Street Festival. Archery Safety Lessons are also offered this weekend and end the perfect weekend by bringing home a new furry friend.

Whatever you decide to do, enjoy your time together and have fun. You can write a short blog for Patch highlighting the event you attended and attach photos for the community to enjoy.

Please refer to Patch calendars for more events and feel free to add your event to the calendar.
