The Clark Blotter: Woman Arrested For Both Possession and DWI
The following arrest information was provided by the Clark Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Clark police activity from May 28 - June 4, 2012:
May 29, 2:43 p.m. – At Headquarters, police arrested Shawn Lyons, age 30, married, unemployed of 40 Foley Avenue in Edison for contempt of court. Lyons was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Thomas Sarnecki was the arresting officer.
June 3, 1:30 a.m. – In the vicinity of Lake Avenue, police arrested Tammie Holowka, age 28, single, a direct support professional of 29 Burnham Drive in Fords for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances), possession of CDS paraphernalia and DWI (driving while intoxicated). Holowka was subsequently released pending a court date. Chris Lott was the arresting officer.
