On Monday, Oct. 15, Clark Mayor Sal Bonaccorso promoted four Clark Police officers to new positions.
- Lieutenant James Rapp was promoted to Captain.
- Lieutenant Pedro Matos was promoted to Captain.
- Sergeant Vincent Concina was promoted to Lieutenant.
- Sergeant Michael Pollock was promoted to Lieutenant.
The officers were joined by their families for a formal swearing into their new positions by the mayor.
