The Garwood Planning and Zoning Board will convene for its August meeting on Wednesday night and continue its hearing on the Westfield YMCA's proposal for use of the borough's offline Washington School.

The YMCA plans include a preschool, before and after care, daycare, a fitness center and other senior and skill sport programs.
