Feb. 6, 6:49 p.m. – Officer Jeff Kleinsorgen responded to the area of the 500 block of South Avenue on a report of an erractic driver.

After a motor vehicle stop was initiated, the investigation found that the driver, Richard Weinberger, 49, of Parlin, was driving under the influence of narcotics.

Weinberger was placed under arrest, processed and released with a pending court date.
